Child & Adolescent Therapy Support

Child & Adolescent Therapy Support offers a calm, confidential space for children and teens who are finding life hard to manage. Led by our founder, child and adolescent mental health specialist Kai George, these one-on-one sessions focus on what your child is feeling right now, at a pace that feels safe for them.
Some children come to us with big worries, changes at home, or school stress. Others struggle with anger, low mood, friendship problems, or behaviour that feels "out of control." During sessions, we sit with your child, listen carefully, and help them find simple ways to name feelings, understand their reactions, and practise healthier coping skills. We use plain language, creative activities, and age-appropriate tools so sessions never feel like an interview. For younger children, this may include drawing or play-based work. For older kids and teens, we might use gentle conversation, practical strategies, and space to talk through difficult thoughts without judgment.
Parents and caregivers are partners in this process. We keep your child's privacy central while also offering you clear guidance on how to support them at home. Where helpful, we may suggest related supports, such as focused emotional support counseling or more structured individual child therapy, so your family can receive the right kind of help, not just a one-time chat.
We know that formal mental health services can feel scary, expensive, or complicated. Our goal is to remove those barriers. We offer free, confidential support in a warm, non-clinical setting, so families can ask for help without fear of being blamed or judged.
Whether a child is facing a new challenge or has been struggling for a long time, therapy support can give them a steady adult to talk to, tools they can use every day, and a stronger sense that they matter and can get through tough moments.
